I'm not sure 'Learnt' is the correct word, because i used to thought it must be 'learned'.

Hmmm.. why we used 'had'? Why dont we use 'have' or 'has'?

For example: I've already done my homework. Is it a wrong sentence?

"Learned" is on English Americans while "Learnt" is on English British.
Investigations are based on assumption. If you're wrong, then you just have to say "Sorry".

Assalamualaikum,
Hi all, how r u doing now? Let's start our class with "Basmallah" ^_^ Miss tary will give you a topic about Reported Speech, reading carefully now, okey :

Reported speech is a sentence that is conveyed to the third person. For positive and negative sentences, we use conjunction "Said that" or "told (Object + Pronoun). The change of tenses from direct speech in to reported speech will be given as follows :

1. Direct speech using Simple Present :
    + Tary : "I play some music."
    - Tary : " I do not play some music"

Reported speech will become "Simple Past" :
+ Tary said that she played some music
   - Tary said that she did not play some music

2. Direct speech using Present Cont. :
    + Aan : "I am reading a book"
    - Aan  : " I am not reading a book"

Reported speech will become Past Cont . :
+ Aan said that she was reading a book
    - Aan said that she was not playing a book

3. Direct speech using Simple Past :
+ Tary : "I worked at the office."
    -  Tary : " I did not worked at the office."

Reported speech will become Past Perfect :
+ Tary said that she had worked at the office.
   - Tary said that she had not worked at the office

4. Direct speech using Present perfect :
+ Aan : "I have written an article"
    - Aan : "I have not written an article."

Reported speech will become Past perfect :
+ Aan said that she had written an article.^_^
   - Aan said that she had not written an article.

5. Direct speech using Future tense :
    + Tary : "I will reply my customer's mail."
    - Tary : "I will not reply my customer's mail."

Reported speech will become Past future :
+ Tary said that she would reply her customer's mail.
     - Tary said that she would not reply her customer's mail.

Exception for imperative sentence :
1. Negative
    Using "Not to"
Ex. Aan :"Don't cry for me."
Reported speech : Aan told me not to cry for her T_T

2. Positive
   Using "to"
Ex. Tary :"Do your job now !"   (make your boss always happy ^_^ *)
Reported speech : Tary told me to do my job now.

So easy, right? well, I think that's it for today. Any questions ?  (please answer : NO....No..No... Miss ^_^). Because I have to do my job now (he..he.. true sentence above). See you next time with Ms. Tary,
I give the opportunities to other friends here.
Hope you find my post useful, just practise both written or oral with your friends.

Now... please your turn... friends...
Thanks for reading, Sorry for the mistakes, and take care
Wassalam,
Miss. Tary
